Villa Frangipani is built around relaxed family living
The Grounds
Villa Frangipani is great for families. The 1,500sqm of lawns and pool area provide ample space for play. You don’t need to pack the usual cumbersome kids’ equipment — we provide a baby bath, bath toys, pool toys, a potty and a baby chair. Just let us know what you need; extras like pool gates can be arranged. For older children there are pool toys, flippers and a croquet set. With three rooms in the main house on one level, wide doors and just a few steps down to the living pavilion, access and inclusion in all activities is easy for all ages.
The Lumbung
The lumbung has been lovingly restored to provide a tranquil setting next to the river — to read a book or have a massage. The upstairs storage area is set up as a children’s playroom with little chairs, mats and toys: the perfect Balinese "tree house".
Media Room
On a rainy day, or when you just want some peace, the media room is filled with kids’ toys, family games and a 55" TV. The large daybed is ideal for chilling out or snuggling up with the kids. Fast Wi-Fi throughout the villa.
Everything else
Children’s Meals
The kitchen is equipped to prepare simple meals for fussy eaters or babies, and there’s a special menu to suit children’s taste buds. Plastic crockery and child-size utensils available.
Beyond the Villa
When the excitement of the villa starts to wear off there’s plenty in the area to keep kids amused — Pererenan Beach (a short drive) for sunset walks and kite-flying, surfing lessons (even for beginners), white-water rafting, waterfall treks, rice terraces, and snorkeling trips.
